The villa has an air-conditioned area of 160 Sq meters and a further 260 Sq meters of terracing. A spacious area of tranquility overlooking the pine forest in the valley below. A large shaded sala is ideal for outdoor dining, hosting a barbecue party or relaxing sheltered from the rays of the sun. This peaceful location is surrounded by tropical green and is only 1 km away from the famous Patong Beach and the Centre of Patong Beach.This tropical place provides 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a living room with an open kitchen and a small extra room. The house also provides a private balcony and garden with terrace and swimming pool on a sharing basis.There is a private entrance to the house at the top of the hill.
