Terms & Conditions
Rates quoted on our sites are subject to government tax and service charge unless specified otherwise and there are no additional booking fees. Rates from Online Reservation will be final. The rates are indication and subject to change without prior notice.
Reservations are confirmed by our system once guaranteed by your deposit payment. You will receive a confirmation e-mail. At the time of booking you MUST ensure that the email address given is correct and reachable. If you do not receive any email from our system within 24 hours, you are required to notify us immediately.

Making payment with your credit card information through our secured server or via bank transfer shall be regarded as your firm confirmation of arrival. Should you fail to fulfill your booking, for all circumstances, the cancellation and no-show policy will be applied.

You will require a valid credit card to confirm your reservation. The credit card detail may be made confidentially by secure server at the time of making a reservation or by sending it by fax. For your convenience, a form for entering your credit card details is available to print after submission of the booking. You may also require a deposit to be charged to your credit card upon the confirmation as stated in the Club Bamboo Resort Reservation, Cancellation and No Show Policy section.

You acknowledge and accept that Club Bamboo Boutique Resort shall not be liable for, or responsible for any foreign exchange rate risk (exchange rate movements and rate fluctuations) in converting the charge amount to your local currency.
The hotel will ask for a valid credit card again on check-in. This is to cover incidental expenses like additional meals, drinks, laundry, etc. You will remain responsible for payment of all such extra charges direct to the hotel.

A 50% refundable deposit of the total booking value is required. Refunds for cancellations will be made as follows.

- Changes and cancellations can be made without any charge until 7 days before the arrival date.
High Season (1/11 to 20/12 and 21/01 to 15/04)
- After this deadline of 7 days before arrival, the Resort is entitled to charge the value of 1 room night on your credit card.
A 50% refundable deposit of total booking value is required. Refunds for cancellations will be made as follows.
- For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the arrival date must be received in writing, 50% of the total value of the original booking will be charged on the credit card by the hotel.
- For cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the arrival date must be received in writing, the balance of the total booking value of the original booking will be charged on the credit card by the hotel.
- No Shows; the balance of booking value will be charged on the credit card by the hotel.
- Early check out; the balance of booking value will be charged, payable direct at the hotel.

A 50% refundable deposit of total booking value is required. Refunds for cancellations will be made as follows.
- For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date must be received in writing, 50% of the total booking value of the original booking will be charged on the credit card by the hotel.
- For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the arrival date must be received in writing, the balance of the total booking value of the original booking will be charged on the credit card by the hotel.
- No Shows; the balance of booking value will be charged on the credit card by the hotel.
- Early check out; the balance of booking value will be charged, payable direct at the hotel.
 
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all clients take out travel comprehensive insurance when making a booking. e recommend that insurance covers loss of deposit and other monies through cancellation, loss or damage to personal baggage and loss of money, medical expenses, and additional expenses to cover hotel accommodation and repatriation costs should any services need to be extended or curtailed due to illness or other insurable risk.
 
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing, quoting the booking reference. Your cancellation is acknowledged and accepted only when you receive a cancellation confirmation from us.

Refunds All refunds are subject to bank handling costs and hotel administrational costs of 1000 Thai Baht charge. Refunds will be made in the form of a credit entry to your card account only.The refund amount will be made in Thai Baht, equivalent to the amount which shall be confirmed to you before the cancellation transaction is processed. You acknowledge and accept that Club Bamboo shall not be liable for, or responsible for any foreign exchange rate risk (exchange rate movements and rate fluctuations) in converting the refund amount to your local currency.

No Show If guests do not show up on confirmed check in date without prior notice, the Resort is entitled to make charges of full reservation value against your credit card as a no show fee during High Season and Peak Season. During Low Season 1 room night will be charged, payable direct to the hotel.

Early Check Out If a guest wishes to check out before the confirmed reservation date the Resort is entitled to make charges of 50% of the booking against the card during High Season and Peak Season. During Low Season 1 additional room night will be charged, payable direct to the hotel on departure.

Shortening of stay The shortening of stay including, but not limited to, early check-outs, reduction of number of rooms or people are considered as partial cancellation which will be subject to the aforementioned Club Bamboo Resort Reservation, Cancellation and No Show Policy.
Check In/Out Time
The check in time is two o'clock in the afternoon (14:00 PM) and the check out time is twelve noon (12:00 PM)
